THE OBJECTIVE:
Martin Building Company first came to us to help them build a website for Mezzanine, a San Francisco nightclub that they had recently purchased. We were soon helping them brand their building projects too, including 2235 Third Street and Mint Collection, a group of recently remodeled luxury lofts. We needed each project to have its own identity, while still maintaining a unified look that showed off the ‘historic beauty coupled with modern design’ elements that are so prevalent in their work.
THE SOLUTION:
We’ve built three sites for Martin Building Company - 2235thirdstreet.com, minplazasf.org and mintcollectionsf.com. These are highly informative, well-organized sites that show off the beauty of the properties. We’ve also worked on a variety of print pieces for them, including a glamorous brochure for their Mint Collection properties and a Company Profile piece.
